When we design curated itineraries, we ensure that your preferences are at the forefront of our minds. We take food restrictions, comfort, activities, and ambiance very seriously. When you plan a vacation based on feedback from Yelp or social media influencers, the comments are biased. We are a small business, and we live in Scottsdale. We will never recommend a venue we have not personally visited and can give you honest feedback. There is nothing worse than paying for a trip that does not live up to expectations; we get it – we have been there, which sparked the idea for this business!

After you send us your preference sheet with the paid fee, we will get to work! We will narrow down choices for resorts, activities, and restaurants based on your specific requests and budget. We will curate an itinerary that is alignment with your travel goals and expectations. We will never recommend a venue we have not personally visited and evaluated to ensure we reveiw key elements such as service, ambience, comfort, value for money, and amenities.

Once you arrive in Scottsdale, we will double-check with the venues to ensure they are expecting you. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can speak to the on-site property manager or call us to troubleshoot the issue. If you wish to make changes to your itinerary, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your requests. If you choose to cancel your trip, your itinerary is non-refundable. However, when you reschedule, we will be sure to make any relevant changes prior to your new arrival.
